Job Description:
The position of Associate Director of Finance is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the finances of the portfolio assigned to Burkina Faso. He/She oversees all financial processes, including accounting, budget management, grants, purchasing, logistics, as well as administrative and regulatory compliance.
He/She ensures the proper application of FHI360 financial procedures and standards and the lessor's requirements, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. He/She plays a key role in reducing risks, optimizing resources and strengthening financial planning and monitoring tools (dashboards, reporting, indicators).
The position of Associate Director of Finance also coordinates the administrative management of the project, including aspects related to grants, travel, purchasing and internal policies. He/She works closely with the regional team and headquarters and will be supervised by the FHI360 national representative in Burkina Faso.
This position is based in Ouagadougou.
